Kilroy Realty to Sell Additional Shares of Series F Preferred Stock

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 5, 2004--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE:KRC) announced today that the underwriters of its public offering of 7.50% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock have exercised their option to purchase an additional 450,000 shares of Series F preferred, bringing the total offering size of the Series F preferred to 3,450,000 shares. The closing of the offering, including the additional shares, is subject to customary conditions and is expected to occur on December 8, 2004. Wachovia Securities was the sole book-running manager for the Series F preferred stock offering. Co-managers for the offering were A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets and RBC Capital Markets.
