Kilroy Realty Names Conan Cotrell Senior Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for Los Angeles Region

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 19, 2004--Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE:KRC) has named Conan C. Cotrell as senior vice president, marketing and leasing. In this position, Cotrell will be charged with aggressively marketing KRC's Los Angeles area portfolio which totals more than 3.6 million square feet. Some properties within this portfolio include Westside Media Center, a 380,000 square-foot, three building office campus located at Olympic and Bundy in Los Angeles; Kilroy Center Long Beach, a one million square-foot, seven-building office development adjacent to the Long Beach Airport; and 909 and 999 North Sepulveda Blvd., a 375,000 square foot, two-building office campus in Los Angeles.

Cotrell is a 15-year industry veteran. Prior to joining KRC, Cotrell was a director at Summit Commercial in El Segundo, California where he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of a 2.6 million square foot portfolio of real estate assets located in California and Arizona. Prior to that he was vice president with Shuwa Investments Corporation where he leased and marketed a 10 million square foot nationwide portfolio comprised of 32 assets and was responsible for leasing activity in excess of $60 million.
He has also held senior positions with Insignia Commercial Group, Premisys Real Estate Services, and Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Services. Cotrell is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
